Megan Anna Rapinoe is a Californian born July 5, 1985. She started playing soccer from a very young age and sharpened her skills throughout her teenage years. Rachael was her fraternal sister. She went to the University of Portland with Rachael. Megan Rapinoe became a soccer player at the Portland University, becoming one of collegiate women's soccer's best scorers. The knee injury she suffered, however, forced her to sit out a portion of both her sophomore and junior seasons. In her junior year and began playing soccer all season long. The player scored two goals in eight games to her credit, helping the magicJack achieve an impressive third-place finish in league competition that year. Rapinoe was part of Sydney Football Club FC in the Australian W-League for a couple games before she returned to America. In the 2020 Olympics in Tokyo Japan delayed until 2021 because of the COVID-19 virus. Rapinoe scored two goals in the bronze-medal game as the United States defeated Australia by an aggregate total of 4-3.
